Gourav is the founder and managing partner of Immersion Security. He has more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology Risk and Strategy consulting.  Gourav has expertise in driving risk mitigation through innovation, technology enablement and process optimization with specific attention to developing and executing effective and sustainable programs.  His ability to understand business, technology and legal perspectives provides tremendous benefits when pioneering information security solutions for clients. Gourav received his bachelors in Systems Analysis from the University of Miami, his Masters of Engineering in International Logistics and Supply Chain Management from an MIT Program and his Juris Doctor from Florida State University.

Mark Behlok began his career in technology in 1996 with a value added reseller where he climbed the ranks from performing upgrades and component installs, to being a team player within their technical support organization and finally taking a role as a systems sales engineer. Mark has worked for several manufacturers in the past several years including Juniper Networks, Hewlett Packard, Citrix (Networking) and now Palo Alto Networks.  Mark supports the North East territory of Florida with his teammate and Sales Account Manager, Michael McKinney.  Mark enjoys boating and “trying” to fish in the beautiful Florida outdoors when he has any spare time.

Leandro is an experienced professional with a history of working in the cyber security, information technology and digital services industries, with vast experience in securing endpoints/networks through visibility, prevention, detection and response, security hygiene practices and vulnerability management. He is also an accomplished coder (C, C++, Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and all around tinkerer and hacker-of-things. He looks forward to presenting this topic and getting to know the entire Central Florida ISSA community.
